New Business Development System (NBDS™)

NBDS was developed in-house by Anago. It is used to identify the choice commercial cleaning accounts in a region and provide contact information to your prospecting staff. The information flows to the sales department, who can price the job and prepare the proposal. The NBDS compiles a comprehensive profile on each prospect and customer, and this information is used for ongoing communication with your customer.

NBDS also ensures ongoing customer satisfaction through its planned program of visitations and phone contacts. Just how well does the NBDS work? Our wholly-owned Master Franchise in South Florida used it to generate more than 1000 bid opportunities in 2004, ending the year with over $1 million in new client sales!

Invoice Generating and Account Statement (IGAS™)

Every aspect of financial operations is coordinated by Anago’s IGAS. A user-friendly, proprietary system, it is tailor-made to accommodate the special needs of a Master Franchise Owner with multiple Unit Franchisees. The IGAS automates billing, produces account statements and provides cash flow and financial data. It also makes it much easier to obtain accurate data for tax preparation. Best of all, IGAS generates up-to-date management reports to monitor critical business functions. You may access your franchise’s reports from any computer through the Internet.
